How much does size matter for RAM? We compare 4GB vs 8GB vs 16GB vs 32GB
Of all the specs, size is the most important consideration. If you stuck in the middle of deciding whether to for faster RAM or more RAM, then from our experience, we will almost always go for the MORE option. Of course, RAM size does have diminishing returns. Generally, we say go for 16GB but if you are on a tighter budget, then 8GB will be the option to go for. If you have a bigger budget, and class yourself as a high-end enthusiast, then you will probably want to go for 32GB for optimum performance. You do not need more than this unless you happen to be working in production, animation or a creative area like that, where you need a lot of memory.
