E7500
i changed to this , from a E6300 , there isnt much to really notice the differance , so i ran a 3d mark 06 , thats where it told , at least 600 pionts more , allso FPS improved considerably in gaming , its worth the extra , plus delivery was brill as allways , so you could say im pleased , get and buy one .
Dual Vs Duo
*Duo (45nm) has a much cooler temperature then Dual (65nm).
(better for Over Clocking)
*Duo has SSE 4.1 which is great for video encoding (XviD/DivX) or decoding (with FFDSHOW). (Dual does'nt have SSE 4.1)
*Dual has a TDP of 15 watts, being the most energy efficient and Duo has a TDP of 65 watts.
*L2 Cache improves CPU performance by 10% for 1Mb, 15% for 2MB and increments by 5% per MB.
(2.5ghz with 4MB (25%) is roughly 3.125 ghz)
Fast and cool
operating system:LinuxThis processor will be over clocked. The stock CPU cooler that comes with it isn't very good though. It keeps it around 45 degrees idle. Its fast and stays cool with a better cooler.

Great price, great processor
operating system:Windows 7I bought this as an upgrade to replace my aging ageing E2140.
Installation was a breeze, 5mins max and soon as I booted up my PC, Windows 7 found and installed the necessary drivers.
It bumped up my WEI score for CPU from 4.3 to 4.7.
Temperature is a constant 35c, which is better than my previous CPU's temperature.
All in all.
